FORD MUSTANG COBRA

The Ford Mustang is an American car manufactured by Ford. It was originally conceived by Lee Iacocca.

The Mustang debuted in 1964 with a price of $2,368, with estimated annual sales of 100K. First year sales were over 400K units and one million within two years.

The Mustang created the "pony car" class of American cars, distinguished as affordable sporty coupes with long hoods and short rear decks.

The Ford Mustang Cobra powerhouse represented the next step from joy riding to the thrill of the race boasting of tight handling at blazing speeds.

The aerodynamic Mustang Fastback with sloping roof line coupled with the high-performance V-8 Cobra Jet engine renewed Ford's respect on the street in the late 60's, standing out as one of the best-looking vehicles on the road.

Its fiercely reliable engine boasts of a stable idle, crisp performance, and was capable of reaching the quarter mile

in under 14 seconds making this muscular pony desirable.

The Mustang is the only original model to remain in uninterrupted production over five decades of development and revision.
